When should I arrive for my appointment?

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary intake forms and give your provider time to review your goals with you.

Where should I park?

Allume is located at 1301 Southpoint Blvd, with free on-site parking available directly outside our suite — no permits, meters, or downtown garages to worry about. Just pull in and come on inside.

What is your policy for late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows?

Accepted Answer

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee, as we reserve that time specifically for your appointment. Arriving late may also require rescheduling to ensure your treatment gets the full time it deserves.
